Honey Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into rounds, about 1/4-inch thick.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Place the sweet potato rounds in a large bowl and pour the honey mixture over them. Toss gently to ensure the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Arrange the coated sweet potato rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the sweet potatoes cool slightly before serving.
