Honey Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat or preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
Brush the pork chops with the glaze, reserving about half of the glaze for later.
Grill or bake the pork chops until cooked through, brushing with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
