Honey Mustard Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast
1 medium apple, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked, diced chicken breast, diced apple, chopped celery, and chopped pecans.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the chicken salad and toss to combine.
Serve the Honey Mustard Chicken Salad immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
