Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

This Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry is a quick and easy dinner option that's perfect for seafood lovers. The honey and soy sauce-based sauce adds natural sweetness and saltiness to the shrimp and vegetables, while the minced garlic and grated ginger provide a zesty and aromatic flavor. Ingredients:

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Sliced scallions and sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to make the sauce.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly softened.

  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
