Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Sliced scallions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.

  3. Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
