Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sliced scallions, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the honey mustard sauce evenly over the chicken thighs, reserving a few tablespoons for later.
Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Brush the remaining honey mustard sauce over the cooked chicken thighs, and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until caramelized and golden.
Garnish the Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs with sliced scallions, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
