Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and olive oil to make the honey mustard glaze.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Brush the honey mustard glaze over the pork chops, reserving some for later.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.
Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Brush the remaining glaze over the pork chops and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve the Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chops hot with your favorite sides.
