Honey Oatmeal Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, old-fashioned rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, milk, and eggs until well combined.
