Honey Oatmeal Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, old-fashioned rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, milk, and eggs until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
