Honey Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/4 cups milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cooking spray
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, honey, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve the pancakes hot with additional honey and your favorite toppings.
