Honey Almond Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Sliced almonds and fresh berries, for topping
Instructions:
In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Cover the jar/container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
In the morning, give the mixture a good stir.
If desired, add a splash of almond milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.
Top the Honey Almond Overnight Oats with sliced almonds and fresh berries.
Enjoy the oats cold straight from the fridge or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
