Honey Nut Granola Recipe

This Honey Nut Granola is a delicious and versatile breakfast option that's packed with wholesome ingredients. The combination of oats, mixed nuts, dried fruits, honey, and spices creates a delightful mix of textures and flavors. Ingredients:

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats

- 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts), chopped

- 1/2 cup dried fruits (such as cranberries, raisins, or apricots), chopped

- 1/4 cup honey

- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, dried fruits, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and all the ingredients are evenly coated.

3. Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.

5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the granola cool completely on the pan. It will become crispy as it cools.
