Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if desired) to make the honey balsamic glaze.
Place the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the honey balsamic glaze over them. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, stirring once halfway through.
Remove the roasted Brussels sprouts from the oven and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese (if desired).
