Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the glaze evenly over the salmon fillets, reserving some for later.
Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Brush the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon fillets, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Garnish the Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon with sliced green onions, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
