Honey Sriracha Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Brush the glaze evenly over the chicken breasts, reserving some for later.
Bake the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
Brush the remaining glaze over the cooked chicken breasts, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Garnish the Honey Sriracha Chicken with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
